Curbside delivery requires signature. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements will necessitate additional fees which are the customer’s responsibility. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is confirmed.

- Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway
- It is your responsibility to inspect the spa prior to the delivery agents departure
- If the spa appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill and contact us immediately
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature

Drivers do not bring freight into the house, garage, etc. nor do they assist with unpacking, set up, or removal of packing materials.
