Shipping & Terms
Shipping rates are for Continental United States curbside deliveries only. Please call for shipping rates to locations outside the Continental United States.
Curbside delivery requires signature. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements will necessitate additional fees which are the customer’s responsibility. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks from the time the order is confirmed.
- Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway
- It is your responsibility to inspect the sauna prior to the delivery agents departure
- If the sauna appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill and contact us immediately
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature
